Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Will my yard be
destroyed when you install the sprinkler system?
- A: No. We
specialize in existing landscaped yards. Our method of
installing the pipe leave very little evidence of disurbance.
For large lawn areas, we use a pipe puller to install the pipe.
In bark areas, we rake back the bark, dig a narrow ditch by
hand, lay the pipe, rake the dirt back into the ditch, tamp it
down and rake the bark back over it.

- Q: What is your warranty?
- A: 2 years on materials workmanship, and
design.
- ---------------
- Q: Do I really need to winterize my
sprinkler system?
- A. Our climate is mild enough where you
might get away without doing it, but occasionally it freezes
deep enough to freeze the water in the lower sprinkler heads.
Normally it doesn't freeze enough to get to the pipes. We doo
see freeze damage to sprinkler heads though. I think it is a
smart insurance to do the winterizing.
--------------
- Q: How deep do you bury the pipe?
- A. We bury it a minimum of 8 inches deep.
Often we go as deep as 12 inches.
- --------------
- Q: Are you licensed
and bonded?
- A: Yes. State
License: ALPINSIO29CJ and my insurance and bond is through Niehl
Insurance Agency in Bellevue, WA. I also have city
licenses in Snoqualmie, Bellevue, Mercer Island, North Bend, and
Renton, and Issaquah.
